These are my core build values, and they shape everything I create. I've always been driven by building things that solve real problems and improve everyday life. I enjoy moving fast, thinking long-term, and turning ambitious ideas into products people genuinely love using. For me, great technology should feel intuitive, reliable, and impactful at scale. I'm constantly learning, improving, and pushing myself to build at the highest level possible, creating products that not only work well, but genuinely make a difference.
I started in digital design and UX, then evolved to specialize in building digital products and user experiences. Leveraging my foundation in design and strong focus on user empathy, I've grown into a well-rounded builder who creates human-centered digital experiences with cohesive throughlines across every touchpoint: from UX and web design, to content, product development, and growth. Since 2024, I've worked as Head of Digital at Sparks – Travel & Mobility Consultancy, while also freelancing as a UX Engineer for different companies and completing an internship at Talent Hub, where I improved UX/UI, navigation, structure, and usability for their recruitment platform. Alongside this, I founded Schoonhoven Labs, where I build AI products that make complex technology simple, useful, and accessible. Throughout my early experience across startups, freelance work, and digital product development, I've developed a multidisciplinary skillset shaped by curiosity, adaptability, and a strong drive to turn ideas into real products.

I am building and scaling an AI-driven product from the ground up, defining product vision and strategy while translating complex technical capabilities into practical user value, leading the development of scalable systems using Python and TypeScript, coordinating rapid product iteration and validation cycles, and driving cross-functional execution across design, engineering, and go-to-market to shape an emerging AI venture.

With experience across AI, product development, UX, and digital design, I've developed a skillset with both breadth and depth. I'm currently the Founder & CEO of Schoonhoven Labs, where I'm building AI products from concept to working applications, and I also work as Head of Digital at Sparks – Travel & Mobility Consultancy, leading digital design direction, website management, and social media growth. I previously worked as a freelance UX Engineer for different companies and completed an internship at Talent Hub, improving UX/UI, structure, navigation, and usability for their recruitment platform. Alongside my work in technology, I'm also a Dutch National Champion in rowing, an experience that has shaped my discipline, perseverance, and ability to perform under pressure. I'm currently studying Economics & Society (E&M) at CSB Amsterdam while continuing to build products and explore the intersection of AI, design, and entrepreneurship.
